The humidity checks result in high flagging rates over US/EU. Ensure limits are set appropriately - we do now have other variables to use if available to indicate e.g. fog, rain.

On first test station with high rates (>1000 counts) data suggests that the reporting resolution of the dewpoints (single degree) and the temperatures (0.1 degree) is contributing to times where D>T.
