Changes from test run

A few minor tweaks from the test runs.

• inter_checks typo in clobber information
• qc_utils moving import of reverse_geocoder to the only function it pertains to, allowing other scripts to call this in jaspy
• plots_lotus note use of jaspy as current issues with matpotlib in the next script
• plot_map_of_flagging_rates extra verbosity.

The map plotting script resulted in a segmentation fault when saving using a latest venv. Using Jaspy solves that - as not sure which bit is the problem.
