Add the other Catppuccin themes #41

This PR simply adds the other 3 Catppuccin themes (Latte, Frappe, Macchiato) in addition to the existing one (Mocha). https://catppuccin.com/palette

Also changes docs/themes.md to include these themes. Hopefully this can save users the trouble of hunting down the correct colors themselves.

The screenshots' layout and resolutions match the pre-existing ones, but not the text (I wasn't sure how to do the Lorem Ipsum thing).

Hey, thanks for contributing and good job with getting the screenshots to match so well!

If you wish to contribute more themes and can't be bothered to make the screenshots, feel free to submit a PR with just the config values and I'll get the screenshots sorted out since I've got a template that makes it easy.
