SC64 flashcart support #78

Adds support for the SC64 flashcart.

SD card access was tested on hardware and in the emulator support available in Parallel Launcher. USB FIFO was briefly tried on hardware but not thoroughly.

Thanks to @Polprzewodnikowy and daevangelion in the N64Brew discord server for testing 🎉
