apps download dont want to download off the market

I HAVE PROBLEM UPDATING AND INSTALLING APPS FROM THE MARKET AND I SOMETIME HAVE 
TO REFLASH THE ROM OVER AND OVER FOR I CAN GET THE APPS I NEED AND THE ONES I 
HAVE TO UPDATE. THE MARKET DOWNLOADS JUST STAY ARE DOWNLOAD BUT JUST STAY LIKE 
THAT. I READ THE LOGCAT AND IT SAYS THAT DOWNLOAD MANAGE IS AT 10% CACHE AND I 
HAVE ALOT SPACE.... BUT I CAN INSTALL Manually AND NO PROBLEM.

I can't do anything here. If the market does something wrong it isn't the fault 
of my work porting CM9.

However it tells you that the cache it uses is full. So clean the cache or wait 
for the thread to clean the cache.
