Add initial codes from WebOmics

We can copy the initial codes to do omics mapping using Reactome from WebOmics

Done with the initial mapping.

Two thing to do now:

WebOmics has many methods to retrieve additional information for an entity (gene, protein etc) from various sources. We could move those codes here too.
To check: this line seems to delete a lot of disconnected genes in the graph. Is this correct?
