Add case-control study #2

Allow a way to specify case-control study, or in general, specify the experimental design.

Would be good if we can also specify the samples -- useful for vertical integration.

Case-control analysis using DeSEQ2, limma and t-test have been added. Can't specify samples yet.

Also how about merging replicates etc.
