run at 44100 Hz? #7

not yet clear if the mapped synths run as intended at samplerates other than 44100 (in particular the AY one which may be samplerate-dependent), should check that.

It may not be possible to run at 44100 comfortably on lower-spec phones, should check that.

AY sounds SO much better at 44100!
