Allow setting of placeholder text as a User Define Runtime Attribute in Interface Builder

Oh I didn't mean to repeat the pod spec ... the other one is fine ... don't know why I didn't think it was there ???

Everything I said above was true but not relevant because you can't assign a property until the associated object has been create, dough! Just using the placeholder property in your view creation code works fine ... a one line change, I like that!
