Add package header #1

Without this header the package doesn't install (using Spacemacs and quelpa). This is just a simple header but you can see more possibilities here.

@seubert thank you! So I think I saw your fork and realized I needed the package header, but totally missed this PR somehow, so I added it manually. I merged the PR anyways to give you credit.

p.s. I'd like to more fully flesh out this mode, but would need some help. If you're familiar with writing language modes, I'd love to collaborate!
