Fixes #25 by setting comment-use-syntax to nil

Hmm, I'm not sure this is working quite as describe in #14. Does it work that way for you?

You're right @J3RN, sorry for the confusion. I opened a new Issue #25 This PR fixes comment toggling for me, but not continuing comments on new lines as described in #14
