Changes to allow generation of Ark identifiers, like is used in ecrr... ark_23942_g20g98.jsonld

Updates to googledrive to better keep user informed. still needs some actual repo logging.

@valentinedwv just got some time to look this over and it looks good to me. I assume you have been running in production with this code already anyway?

I checked it out as compared to the prov updates and I don't see any issues

It's been a while so I thought I would ask but if you are still OK with this PR, I'm good to merge it into dev.
