Summon Datacatalog with Reference, and split DataCatalog into Datasets #255

We should be able to summon Datacatalogs that use references to other (Datacatalog/Dataset) JSON-LD.

We should also split up a Datacatalog containing embedded records into a datacatalog by reference, and DataSets.
