I am hoping to make this code work in Apex 5 and I cannot find the definition to the referenced view BIP_TO_FOP_TEMPLATES.

Have removed unnecessary things. This is only proof of concept, without support, bugfix etc. Sorry -( i have no time to continue develop this thing.

Thanks! We have used some version of it and it seems to work. One new thing that caught us were MS_NUMBER_FORMAT calls.
