Friendly URLs causes plug-in files not found #94

If application property "Friendly URLs" s enabled then three of the plug-in's *.js files are not found and the plug-in does not work with Grids (IR works OK).

The browser's console shows: Friendly URLs 1 Friendly URLs 2
