Feature Request: Make it optional to have gleebox do queries while typing #193

I've been trying out gleebox on my crappy little Netbook, and when I'm trying to navigate to a link on a website named "example," I have to type 'e' first, and when there are a lot of links on a website that has an 'e' (reddit usually), then my crappy Netbook will freeze up for a bit, trying to mark all the links that have an 'e' in it. I think it'd be nice to have an option to let me just type out 'example' without doing any queries until I hit enter or something.

Of course, I'm new to gleebox, so there might be a better way to navigate links that I'm just not aware of, so sorry if I'm wasting your time.

We did think about allowing the user to increase the timer for searching links (for slower processors).

You could use scrapers and ESP visions, if you have to go through the similar links on a site (like headings)
