Dialog show at bottom of Pencil window, not top #597

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start pencil via command line using Firefox (because that's a MAC OS X 
Mavericks work-around)
2. Use various menu items; FireFox->About for example

Here is the command suggested for Mavericks:
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -app 
/Applications/Pencil.app/Contents/Resources/application.ini

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The dialog box should pop down from the top of the Pencil Window.

It pop down below the bottom of the Pencil Window

When the Pencil Window is maximized you can't tell this has happened, and get 
very stuck.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.05 on Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Please provide any additional information below.
