generated file names: 16x16-0.png 16x16-1.png 16x16-2.png 16x16-3.png

32x32-0.png 32x32-1.png 32x32-2.png 32x32-3.png

and etc for files 16x16, 32x32, favicon, windows-tile-*

i have used .ico file.

Input: square logo in png.
