Have Graphvis compile upon gem installation so that getting this gem to run on services such as heroku can be easy =D

I'm not sure that this is a good idea. Indeed, this imply to have 3 gems, one for each OS. Discussion is open ;)

why have a gem for each OS? can't a gem compile graphviz on it's own (i've never made a gem, so I don't know what is/isn't feasible)
