Update v6.5 exercises to v7.2 #6

As of Sep 28, the version of Elasticsearch used for the Engineer certification exam is v7.2.

Most of the exercises currently available in the exercises folder were written for v6.5. These exercises should be rewritten to be compliant with v7.2.
