This PR adds the option of reading hdf5 format in FastLightCone. This improve performance.

Perhaps something isn't right with this branch, it's 92 commits long?

Yes, there where some mergers into this branch from other branches. Kind of ugly, but I think its not in error.

Right, never mind. I saw the same merges as on master and thought something might have gone wrong.

Does the HDF5 linking in glamer and SLsimLib work then?

Yes, it works for Marcos. That was another PR. I merged it. It is also merged into this branch so that it could be tested here where some hdf5 things are used.

@mpellejero, please do not merge your branch into other people's branches. This can cause many problems.
