to me it seems corrects here https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5576511/BornApp.mov you can see a movie where frame 1 has no Born Approximation and frame 2 has it. You can actually see the structure position change.
in attachment you have a plot for a light-cone realisation for the two vipers field of the power spectrum with and without Born App.

Yes, I've looked at this. Did you output the deflection maps? Could you do that for one field?
No I did not now I cannot because I have other job running and I don’t want to stop. I could do it in the next days

I have looked at the sign of the deflection angle from input COCO fields and find that the sign appears to be correct.
