Feature idea: configurable vertical offset #2

First, thank you so much for this project. I've been waiting for something like this for ages, and it works perfectly :D

Now the idea: a simple setting to add a constant vertical offset would be great. Currently with my mount on the reverb G2, everything works great but just with a little offset: the pointer in VR feels some centimeters below my real finger. If I could adjust that, it would feel even more natural :)

I second this idea. In my case, the default position of my hands are super high in the air -- about half a meter off. (Reverb G2, latest Leap software).

As a side note, at even half a meter off, this project is still far more natural than reaching for the motion controllers. I'm currently using a Switch JoyCon Velcro'd to my index finger. JoyCons don't show up in the Fingers app but, with a little bind tweaking in DS4Windows, it works amazingly. So a huge thanks from me as well!!

Thanks for the report! I will attempt to add more options. If you could, could you estimate the angle the Leap is on your headsets?

In the meantime, if you select other mounting options in Fingers (e.g. Pimax), does that get you closer to the ideal alignment?

Looking at my mount, it's angled up about 5 degrees. I tried holding it level with my other hand and was more ideal, so that's certainly my problem.

Now that I realize that mount positioning is super important, I'll definitely physically adjust it on my end.

For fine tuning in the cm range, like fisadev's request, it'd still be great to have an angle adjustment value or similar option, if possible.

In my case I think it's fairly straight, looking forwards: https://photos.app.goo.gl/qDX6VVF8NzCq3oGY6 But I'll also try changing the angle and the mount setting then, thanks for the tip :)
