Windows Form App (.Net Framework) does not have placeholder text property #1

.NET Framework 4.8 does not have built-in placeholder property. image

Planned migrate to Windows Form App with .NET 6.0 (Long Term Support) to fix this.

still not sure how to change .NET 4.8 to 6.0 without starting over..

but found out can start over + create git + push to existing remote as new branch
