Getting error trying to add a new blog #887

What's the problem?
It picks up all the settings from the RSD, but then I get the following when I 
try to authenticate:
Application failed during request deserialization: Can't use string ("1") as an 
ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at (re_eval 91) line 1.

What browser are you using?
Chrome

What Operating system are you using
Mac 10.10.2

What version of ScribeFire are you running?
4.3.5?

What Blog Type are you having this problem with? Please include version #
if known or applicable
