running via LSF #103

I try to make progressiveCactus run via LSF. So far I was not successful, I always got the message: RuntimeError: Ktserver already found running with log

My impression is a child ktserver process can`t be started while there is a ktserver still running with the same port.

I would be grateful if you have any idea to solve it
