Create Settings in overflow menu for personalization and search #68

Allow users to create settings. Should be expandable for future upgrades, like theming, etc.

Settings created and working. More extensive than I thought originally. I had to make multiple UI changes and changed the way the user and opponent are updated and used in the program.
