Doesn't work with ImageBox & XHTML ruby #4

Lightbox v2 is very good plugin for DW. :) Thanks.

I found conflict two plugins.

First, Truly, it's not conflict. I use imagebox plugin on my texts, Lightbox doesn't work with Imagebox.

{{image_path}} -> default images [{{image_path}} -> imagebox images

Please support imagebox pictures, too.

Another one is XHTML ruby plugin. That plugin activated, lightbox always link to only to image link. So, I can't see images on overlay.

If you could catch the problem, I will very thanksfull. :)
