Add redirection target to link metadata #39

Add redirection target as internal link in metadata, to give hints to other plugins.

a big warning to you: don't create pull requests from the master branch. can lead to indifferent problems. mostly a difficulty keeping your own master up yo date without merge or other excess commits.
