JIRA access via API token #1

Hello!

nice work! It would be awsome to be able access JIRA via API token (like GItLab personal token). Username/password can be quite chellenging for maintenace and is not the best option from security perspective as well.

You can just use the token, as this was how I tested the app with https://pycontribs.atlassian.net instance.
