XULRunner has stopped working on Windows 7 x64 #264

I installed version 1.2. When i launch it by clicking the Pencil desktop icon 
while it is already running, it crashes with message "XULRunner has stopped 
working".

OS: Win 7 x64

My initial install worked fine on Win7 64, but then stopped opening altogether, 
except with no error message at all.
