Migrate to Typescript #63

For these purposes:

Well type-checking
Code autocompletion
Support Typescript projects which are using this package

In this pull request, I did:

Re-structure project with Typescript
Change swipeDirections export to enum SwipeDirections

Although I just rewritten this project in Typescript. The swipeDirections constant changed. So it should be published as a breaking change.
