Modifications in Glest #300

--> Message to a Specific Player by using !r for red player , !b for blue player and so on.

--> 3D sphere for sky in Glest.

--> Lobby Client

--> Map Distinction Official Maps ( well made maps ) || Custom Maps ( maps made by fans ,etc )

--> Multiplayer Game option in Main Menu

--> 0.5 (Easy) || 1.0 (Normal) || 1.5 (Hard) || 2.5 (Ultra)

--> 1.5 CPU can be Hard & 2.5 CPU to be Ultra --> GameCamera Postion limit to be less than 30 or 35.
