This

adds support for carthage by adding a framework target and bumps version to 2.1.4
the framework target's Info.plist is then removed from the podspec's source files definition by specifying exactly the files to be included.
declares carthage support and pod version in readme

Sorry, don't merge quite yet, I need to test a bit more with swift compatibility ^^
