Drupal Hash Support #3

Add support for the various types of hashes potentially found in Drupal7 
databases. r29059e449bc1 adds work-in-progress support for most of the hashes, 
but the code isn't functional yet. 

main thing needed: a reference for exactly what hashes may be present, and test 
vectors for all of them.
