See my hang requests #9

Story: As a user, I want to see the active hangout request I have open.

Flow:

[ ] Click the "waiting for friends button"
[ ] See details of the existing hang request
[ ] Click on change time to update end time
[ ] Choose new activities from the picker
[ ] Cancel hangout by clicking delete button
[ ] Update hang by clicking update button

Components:

[ ] homepage
[ ] hangouts collection
[ ] update hang bottom sheet

Changed this to only allow one hang request at a time. Now, there'll be a "waiting for friends" button they can click to see current hang details or make changes/deletes.
