Codeclimate has some very good tooling and plugins and is free for open source. Good checking engine for a lot of things, solid GitHub integration, config overrides and full coverage support if we generate the coverage files from CI.

I have also been having good luck with CircleCI which is quite powerful and fast and also free for open source.

and on security scanning, Snyk is quite good and... also free for open source.

Thx codeclimate looks good
