There is some missing code in the script and EncryptedInputFiles contains /dev/null instead of idtokens. That's normally not a big deal since you just want to check submission to CE, so even if the pilot does not connect successfully to the VO collector is not a big deal.
However CMS is relying on the script to gather information about gpus from condor_gpu_discovery and we stopped collecting information once we migrated to condor 10 and disabled GSI.
