cvmfs_helper_funcs.sh failing glideins #423

Describe the bug No Glidein is running in the current master using the workspaces. This error is in the Glidein logs:

To Reproduce Start the workspaces (alma9) w/ default startup.sh and run the default smoke test ~/scripts/run-test.sh

Expected behavior Glideins to pass tests and Jobs to complete
