This has a few things in it.

The adapter from https://github.com/mdsol/logspout-cloudwatch has been moved into here. It wasn't building as expected in the other repo trying to take advantage of the ONBUILD commands.
Debug information and additional logging has been implemented
Dependencies have been updated
A safety check has been added to prevent empty batch.Msgs from attempting to be pushed that caused an error
