Updated urls to HTTPS
Updated Twig url to its new location. (Old one was redirecting)
Redirect DDB visitors to HTTPS for improved security when logging in (Not ideal to do redirects client side but gets around the caveats mentioned in #44 as best it can)

Closes #44
