Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Trusted services / ai in the loop is now outdated and plugins is replacing and simplifying this platform feature. This then needs updated UI and UX.
Describe the solution you'd like
This userflow documents how a user (NOT collaborators) would use plugins within ANNOTATE.
Plugins icon should replace the old trusted services / ai-in-the-loop icon but should not be there for collaborators.
The hover state should have the updated tool tip and be assigned a keyboard shortcut (this will then need added in the keyboard shortcut dialogue).
Once the icon is clicked, the plugins dialogue appears. It should have a list of plugins enabled on this project, names which are too long should be cut off with '...' to ensure single line devision between the list. There should be a beta badge at the bottom with a plugin settings (only team owners see this?) and help (redirects user to documentation).
Like other new UI improvements, the hover state on the list should be grey when mouse is over.
If user clicks off the dialogue it will close.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Possibly in the future, the dialogue should have a pin icon in the top green bar incase user wants to keep it open for continued use without having to click the plugins icon in the tool bar every time?
contains other improvements - to navigate to this screen, click the top left to show all artboards and navigate to these designs through the artboards titles/names
