Annotation Labels dialogue has no set width #763

Bug Description

Adding several labels to the annotation labels dialogue box continuously increases the width which at some point would cover the entire screen.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the bugs' behaviour:

  1. Go to ANNOTATE.
  2. Click on annotation labels.
  3. Add several labels.
  4. See error.

Expected Behaviour

The dialogue should have a set width.
