Add More Auto-assignment Options #379

Problem

Our users need more control of their auto-assignment of assignees to images within CURATE.

Solution

Add more auto-assignment options to the auto-assign images dialogue. These could be another dropdown menu or a set of radio toggle buttons with the options:

All Team Members
Team Members & Collaborators
Collaborators

This will effect the number displayed within the assignees per image dropdown.
