feat: second username box in ViewAnnotationsDialog

Description

Adds the second username box in ViewAnnotationsDialog, and passes the second username to annotateCallback. The second username box has "Nobody" as its default value, which will launch ANNOTATE in single image readonly mode if left unchanged.
