Describe the bug

This is a project with no plugins or trusted services registered, and yet those menus are still visible and the overlap with my real data!

To Reproduce

Open a collection.

Expected behaviour

Don't show these menus if none are registered @SilviaZeta
How can we change the UI to prevent the overlap when the menus should be shown? @joshuajames-smith

System Info (please complete the following information):

OS: Arch Linux
Browser: Chromium
Browser version: Latest stable at time of writing
