Currently we warn customers that they've reached 90% of their tier's free storage limit and then, if they have billing set up, we charge them when they go over that storage limit (if they do not have billing set-up we block their account and ask them to contact us). This means that people could potentially go over their own budgets if they are careless.
Describe the solution you'd like
A setting somewhere in DOMINATE that allows users to set a 'maximum storage' for the team
When an account is created this maximum defaults to the tiers free storage
Instead of using the tier storage limit for emailing users we use their team's maximum storage limit
We disable any account that goes over the maximum storage limit (so not just free accounts)
