Assistants: Add validation for supported file formats #3884

Describe the bug Its possible to upload a csv, but when we try to Add to the assistant, we are getting error, since filesearch doesn't support csv files.

Expected behavior Ideally we should show an error on file upload if the file is not supported by Filesearch
