Describe the bug
The notification count label displayed on the home screen notification icon needs to be formatted, currently it is overflowing for bigger number.
Expected behavior
For counts:
less than 1000, the label should remain unchanged (e.g., 999).
between 1000 and 1099 (inclusive), the label should be displayed as '1k', between 1100 to 1199 it should be '1.1k' and so on.
