"Leela C0" very often loses game on my HW due to lack of time #588

I see this issue only with time control like this: 1min + 2sec, 1/2min + 5sec etc. I use only "GPU" version of "Leela C0". No issue for any time control without seconds addition. For my HW environment this issue happens in about 3 out of 4 games (and sometimes in winning positions). Issue is actual for v0.8, v0.9 and v0.10 releases.

Below is output of "lichess-bot.py" for my HW.

I'm about 300 games deep into a match at 1m+1s (v10 id223 vs id253), and have not seen a single loss on time.

I play with "Leela C0" (v10 id279) as BOT on lichess.org with different other BOTS (most of them use "Stockfish" I think) and I see this issue regularly.
